Visiting Lit Jr. on Winchester is always a pleasure. The employees I've encountered have shown great customer service. This store's layout has a nice flow. You are able to start shopping in any area you desire. I always head to the freezer section for vegetables. I appreciate the experience the employees give me from my entrance to my exit. There were a lot of items I have been looking for and I found them there, I really like restaurant style cooking utensils for the home as I am former cook. The store was well organized and employees were friendly...My wife and I will be back soon!!!

I’ve been to every Lit location and the staff is ALWAYS helpful and polite. Lit has either found the secret formula for hiring the right people or they’ve found the secret formula for treating their employees well. Or both. Some places go way overboard with their attempts at good customer service and the result is that an introvert like me feels awkward and uncomfortable there. At Lit, however, the customer service attitude feels genuine, not “corporate”. It makes a big difference.

Great place to shop. If you buy semi-bulk this is the place to go. Friendly staff and very helpful. My wife was looking for a particular item the store didn't have at the moment so they got on the phone and tracked some down. Who does that anymore? LIT DOES!!! If you're lucky you might actually tun into MR LIT. Great guy.

This is a great place to find all your cooking & baking needs. Restaurant quality & quantity kinds of food. From chicken & beef. Containers from soup bowls to foldover plates. Cake pans & cake & pie boxes. It's employees are very nice . It's a great place!
